DAVID HWe got our location for pick up, changed to a pretty far away U-Haul, then we returned to put our stuff in storage, which we rented at the other U-Haul. But when we went back later in the night, exhausted, they said we couldn’t leave it there we had to take it back to the other direction on the other side of Eugene

JOHN DWas unable to pick Chuck up at 9 AM as reservation was documented for 9 AM. Had to wait until office opened. There was no key and said truck no way to get into the truck key was locked. No combination was given. Had to wait for office to open. Customer service rep inside. Location was very helpful very nice unfortunately I had to pay an extra hour for moving people to help because they were sitting on their butt waiting for the office to open for an entire hour. The $50 credit comes nowhere near how much I had to pay for an hour of two moving guys sitting there on their behind, waiting for the office to open because we were unable to get the rental truck on time due to careless preparation of truck being dropped off and no information given for the code to get the key. Will never be using U-Haul again. This is my fourth time using U-Haul and I am done never again.
