The process was seamless and very professional. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me, but we had connection issues with the trailer we reserved and was offered a different, and larger trailer for our needs; at no additional cost to me. I was overwhelmed with the over-the-top customer service; they made sure I received what I needed. The return process was even easier than I remembered. Will definitely return for any rental needs!

Jerold E.The office was not clearly marked. The first truck I rented couldn't even move the drivers seat so I could reach the pedals. When I switched trucks it was dirty inside. When I returned the truck the original gate I picked up at was closed and locked. Had to call to get let back in. I will never rent from that location ever again
