As someone who has never rented a u-haul before, this was such an EASY experience. We did pick up and drop off on a Sunday, so we relied solely on the app, which was easy to navigate. I’m so thankful this was not complicated. We will absolutely be renting again when/if a situation arises.

Everything was fine with the execution of the trailers do not have jacks on them. Without having a jack to raise the trailer from the vehicle, this resulted in me hurting my back. I looked and did not see jacks on any of the trailers. This really needs to be remedied. Not only did I hurt my back trying to lift the trailer off of my vehicle, when I called inside they were quick to make aware they had no one to help. This is very unfortunate.
