I WANT TO MENTION ONE THING, I HAVE A VEHICLE WITH WIDE TIRES, DID NOT FIT IN THE DOLLY AS IS, I HAVE TO TAKE THE WIDE TIRES AND PUT NORMAL TIRES IN ORDER TO GET IT UP, THE DOLLY WAS NOT AS WIDE AS I WISH! OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU!!!

Daryle DFirst, we were given the equipment ID number and told to go out on the lot, find it, and hook it up ourselves. There was no offer of assistance. When we told the manager on duty that one of the tires on the car dolly was underinflated, he was unaware of the condition and told us that was not his responsibility. He stated that a 'division level' group periodically surveyed the equipment and they were responsible for its condition. When we asked him to communicate the issue to a higher level, he told us to do this ourselves - he was afraid there would be ramifications from corporate if he did it and they might even pull the franchise from him. I can only say "Let the buyer beware" when renting from U-haul as their sites vary greatly in service and commitment. Check your tire pressures, oil levels for engines, lights, etc.
