The Uhaul trailer blew a tire during our trip. We called Uhaul's emergency number. Not only were they readily available on a Sunday afternoon, they followed up numerous times via phone calls and tests until they knew we were back on the road. Your professionalism is very appreciated!
JOHN MExtremely overpriced and was charged for 200 miles even when we didn’t drive that much. Also was supposed to have a utility dolly on the truck and didn’t realize until we were already at the location that it was missing. So what should have took 2 people to move, ended up taking 4. Definitely would not recommend.
KEILAND SI did not interact with any personnel at the drop off location, I returned the trailer by using the app.
AARON GThe truck had alot of cosmetic damage on the lower body of it. It also had a leak in the mom's attic, several of my boxes got soaked. Lucky no major damage. but had to wash clothes and re box it all.
