Only issue I had with this location is that there was no clear indication as to where and how to drop off item. Other than that, no issues

Timothy SMy divers license and information was used from a May rental. My identity was stolen by the manager at this location. I did not rent this vehicle. I've contacted you people many times with no one contacting me back. I will make sure that every chance I get I will tell people that you do not have the structure put in place to prevent your customers identity from being stolen. I do have to add that when management from a location steals someone's identity it should be taken seriously.
