I'll never shop there let alone use Uhaul at this location. The guy was a complete perk and very unhelpful
Denise HDrove from Calgary to St. Albert during some snow flurries and icy highways conditions. When arrived was told that working on trailer not functioning so might not be able to take trailer unless the mechanic that showed up could repair it. I was pretty worried and discouraged after the long slow drive. Thankfully the mechanic was able to make the repairs and I was able to use the trailer
David SThe software showed the incorrect fuel level. Fortunately I had taken a photo of the instrument cluster at pickup to back up the data on the data on the contract which did show the outgoing fuel level.
