How U-Haul Reviews WorkGot there and they were having trouble with the printer spent at least 30min waiting for issue to be resolved. Finally I told them I could print the receipt at home. Looked at the emailed receipt and found they charged for insurance without asking. Had to reduce the entire booking again to cancel the first one as per customer support. 45 min experience that should have taken 15 min. Was all booked online prior to showing up.

mardie nDidn't get the name of the fellow working there but he was very efficient. There were 2 other people there to pick up trailers and we were all in and out in 30 minutes.
