All in all it was a decent trailer. Would be nice for you trailers to have more tie downs, plus a little stronger then the small â€œDâ€ rings you have now. But it did the job. Thank you.chris M.

When I booked my reservation I requested an appliance dolly and 1/2 order of blankets. When I arrived at the pickup location I was told there are no appliance dollys or blankets available. My whole reason for renting a uhaul was to move a fridge I had in my garage to my grandmothers. I don't own a truck and the fridge weight was over 300 pounds. Moving it without a dolly was not possible. What's the point in taking a registration and requesting specific tools required to complete a task and then show up to find that no tools are available. Honestly a complete waste of my time and effort. I was forced to scramble and make other arrangements with a friend to get a dolly that was better than nothing but still not an appliance dolly. To make matters worse when I mentioned to the uhaul member that the dolly was a huge priority and maybe he could source one for me at another location, his response was â€œno I can't do that. You call themâ€ Overall. The truck was great. The reservation process was easy but stupid and useless. And the uhaul member essentially blamed all shortcomings on uhaul in general. No accountability How many stars out of 5â€¦.. ZEROPhil M.

Uhaul should look at there trailer rental policies. A trailer is not the same as a truck or van, using the same policy shows uhaul as complacent, and not customer friendly even when the outlets and their staff are.hannah rose G.

i had no problem, but for one issue why do mileage and refill the gas back to what your used? ain't that double paying? what i mean is we got charged for mileage yet we still had to put 30$ to return the gas we used?desmond A.
The truck we picked up had a damaged driver side mirror and cracked windshield. Employee informed us he was aware but it was the only truck left, so we had no choice but to take it.Rebecca G.

The guy that I picked up the uhaul from lied and made me fill the fuel tank up more than what I got it with. It costed me $50 extra and an hour of my time extra... Also the passenger side mirror needs an alien key to turn in and out and even after I borrowed an alien key from someone it still moved all over the place after I tightened it so I had my passenger fix it the whole time I drove. there was a lot of paper work to do - repition stuff they had to dig the trailer out of snow and ice when i got there . I have great light system on my truck the trailer is mickey mouse as I had to buy adapters to make it work not happyvern M.

Friendly staff at location but very disappointed i had taken the time to order ahead of time and all the required items were not available.I had requested a dolly as i was moving to an apartment so it would help haul multiple boxes over such a long distance. When i picked up the trick they didn't have one. It made the whole day much more difficult, I was not impressed.Melissa B.

The initial booking got changed several times, and the email wasn't entirely clear on a mobile device for someone that needs glasses...the text needs to be easier to read. Also, in setting up the initial booking, there seemed to be a lot of confusion on where to pick up. I finally just went to the place I wanted (the above) and got what I wanted.William B.
