Got there and they were having trouble with the printer spent at least 30min waiting for issue to be resolved. Finally I told them I could print the receipt at home. Looked at the emailed receipt and found they charged for insurance without asking. Had to reduce the entire booking again to cancel the first one as per customer support. 45 min experience that should have taken 15 min. Was all booked online prior to showing up.

Didn't get the name of the fellow working there but he was very efficient. There were 2 other people there to pick up trailers and we were all in and out in 30 minutes.

Pick up customer service was horrible, drop off was a little better but this unit was filthy, cigarette butt inside, not washed outside, rusty hitch, not well maintained, site was muddy, zero help - It was a little more convenient for pick up because of my st albert location but I am not sure I would go back.....

The equipment was in poor shape...the cross over safety chain hooks were bent and you could barely get on ...the gate closure pins were also bent up which was very hard to open up...then after all that time the machine wouldn't fit on the trailer but they still charged us for the full day.

Service in English (or French) was … challenging. Other associate was openly picking his nose. Really dug in there. Did not wash hands. Made cleanliness questionable. I’m not sure I was directed to use the correct hitch for the unit. The unit was fine, but it did not tow well. Lots of clunking. I had other hitch options with me. It would have been nice to know which was the best choice. Though I reserved with a credit card, I would have preferred to pay debit or cash. They did not offer me any payment method, just charged the card. I got the job done, but towing safety is very important for everyone on the road, it is paramount that locations are able to answer questions and don’t rush through the booking.

The yard is a mess, trailers parked all over, nothing seems to be very organized This yard is way out of town out in the open area

The 2 men that helped me kept talking in there own language, very poor English and had no motivation, very slow moving, I had to show the one guy how to unhook the trailer when dropping it off, when I picked the trailer up they did not make sure any of the lights worked, these guys had no care in the world

There was no mention that the entire site was under renovation, so I couldn't fill the truck as planned, nor was the lot paved at all, so with the rains, it was a muddy mess. This is very pertinent information.

3/4 tires were extremely worn and ended up having a blow out during the trip home. Not sure why these don't come with a spare tire seems completely asinine to me. With that being said the lady who helped me out with Uhaul support was absolutely phenomenal.

Have a designated area for parking trucks. Better signage and at least a level gravel lot as opposed to the water filled potholes we had to drive and walk through.

This was not the equipment or location I had reserved two weeks ago. No issue with the personnel at Ricky’s Issue with the terrible management system U-Haul uses. You ruined my weekend plans. Absolutely terrible. Will never use your services ever again and will tell everyone I can to not either.

The trailer was full of debris (tree branches, dirt, cement., I refuse to take the trailer until it was cleaned! As the proprietor was on duty by himself along with managing the store and gas bar, it took over 39 minutes to get the trailer swept out, and then it was a rushed job

Trailer was not available in spite of a confirmed reservation. I was sent to a second location which didn’t exist and finally got it at the 3rd location.

Cab was very dirty and no furniture dolly available. Bathroom in the facility was gross. But the truck worked fine and the staff was friendly so I would use them again

The pull down ramp was broken and thrown in the cube. There was a dolly I didn’t rent or need it was I. My way. The ramp was in the way and heavy as hell to move.

There was excessive debris in the trailer and small branches, pine needles trapped in the ramp structure. I had to clean the trailer because my dolly wheels won’t roll on the debris. I swept the trailer . It should have been cleaned before returning to service.

Nothing wrong with the location but Disappointing how filthy the trailer was left and mis information on the trailer. 6x12 trailer and the ramp/opening to the trailer is not even 5’ wide. Waste of money, couldn’t use trailer for expected purpose

Drove from Calgary to St. Albert during some snow flurries and icy highways conditions. When arrived was told that working on trailer not functioning so might not be able to take trailer unless the mechanic that showed up could repair it. I was pretty worried and discouraged after the long slow drive. Thankfully the mechanic was able to make the repairs and I was able to use the trailer

Staff made me feel uncomfortable. Very unwelcoming. Very loud Islamic type music playing in store. Lights did not work on trailer I rented, I was told to lie to police officers if pulled over.

The software showed the incorrect fuel level. Fortunately I had taken a photo of the instrument cluster at pickup to back up the data on the data on the contract which did show the outgoing fuel level.

The trailer I rented had not been cleaned, it eas covered in debris from a previous renter who had used it to haul trees and bushes. Sweep the dam things it on return! I had too before I could use it!

We arrived at location at 9:30 pm to drop off truck, we were finished earlier than expected... Staff were accommodating and checked us in...very helpful staff

Way better than the high prairie or peace river locations! Very quick to process my rental with the QR code as I gave my reservation number. Total time to go in and hook up to the trailer was just over 5 minutes with a warshroom break by me
