This was not the equipment or location I had reserved two weeks ago. No issue with the personnel at Ricky’s Issue with the terrible management system U-Haul uses. You ruined my weekend plans. Absolutely terrible. Will never use your services ever again and will tell everyone I can to not either.

Chad RThe trailer was full of debris (tree branches, dirt, cement., I refuse to take the trailer until it was cleaned! As the proprietor was on duty by himself along with managing the store and gas bar, it took over 39 minutes to get the trailer swept out, and then it was a rushed job
Floyd MTrailer was not available in spite of a confirmed reservation. I was sent to a second location which didn’t exist and finally got it at the 3rd location.
Keith CCab was very dirty and no furniture dolly available. Bathroom in the facility was gross. But the truck worked fine and the staff was friendly so I would use them again
