Your representative is rude , he shouldn't be working behind the counter , has an attitude problem,.he made me feel.infeior and argue with me about the gas gage , level ? At the end I will.never rent,.buy gas or anything from this location. My overall experience was the worse thing ever.

Train employees properly on how to swiftly hand over the car and take down information. The man was very nice and older but also took an eternity to complete the check in process. Although we were late for pickup, we had to coordinate to meet with police and were needing it urgently for the time we arrived. We didn’t arrive earlier because officers said only to contact them after we had the vehicle.

RUTH VI will be contacting U-Haul head office regarding our safety concerns, lack of customer service and lack of empathy towards condition of vehicle. I will be asking for a refund or pursuing this.
