Celena CThe computer system was down when I went to rent my trailer. The technician helping me had to copy my drivers license and credit card to get it to work so I could use the trailer. The U-Haul system needs to be overhauled. It’s not working great staffing was good. They worked with me to get me what I needed for the task I was doing.
