First, we ordered boxes as part of the rental process. The boxes provided were NOT U-Haul boxes but instead were a lower quality box. We were disappointed by this. Also, the office was not professionally maintained (very dirty and messy) which lead to concerns about maintenance of the vehicles.

Check engine light was on when I picked the truck up. Interior windshields need to be cleaned more often. That truck’s rear end rode harder than Jack Palance in City Slickers. Uff. Brutal on bouncy uneven roads
