STEPHEN CReds was very accommodating since my original reservation was at Speed Connection. Red had to leave his location to set me up with the trailer at Speed Connection. I did have to wait until Red took care of his customers before we could get to Speed Connection. The guy was there at 10:30 with some lame excuse of why he wasn’t there at 9! Horrible experience with them since they weren’t even there when I went to pick up my rental. Which caused me to miss the deadline of noon on Saturday, June 28th for unloading what I had on the trailer. It cost me more money in gas, as well as more miles on the vehicle. I would never recommend Speed Connection for a rental. If you could compensate me in some way that would be much appreciated. Thank you, Lisa Pope
