I think the big thing had nothing to do with the site. The problem was with the process. I set up an appointment to pick up the uhaul 5 min from my house for the day of the pick up. The problem was the day before at 530 pm i was left a message saying the my pickup location was moved 45 minutes outside of my city. Making my pickup extremely inconvenient. I had to leave my work for 3 hours when this could have ben done in 30 min. You need to be more upfront with your customers. When I was speaking to the lady trying to change my pickup to the original location they gave me free extra miles, that i didn’t need. Overall the truck was great the drop off was great just the last min change of pickup really sucked.

WALTER COne suggestion, if a customer must travel a distance to find truck do to a lack of availability, maybe share a bit of that milage burden with them. I wanted, a truck in Newark, NY but had to go to Stanly, NY (32 mi round trip) to find truck for a day. Additional milage and gas expense amounted to about 25% of total rental cost. Just a suggestion, all in all a positive experience.
