I recommend having the rental at the location where it was booked. I drove an extra hour to this location. Customer service was less than accommodating. The system tried to rent out the trailer I had reserved before I arrived.JARROD R.

1. Truck I reserved was not available at location I originally scheduled. Had to drive 20 miles in the opposite direction to another location. 3. Even though I reserved online and checked in online it took over 30 minutes to complete transaction because of glitches in the system. 4. While I expected tax to be charged, I was taken by surprise by the "Environmental Fee and $100.00 reservation fee. The one good thing, the truck was brand new. That was nice. You really need to work on your online system. This is not the first time there have been issues. And you need to be upfront with additional fees. I was really disappointed with U Haul this trip.Jonathan V.

Red was great, the balance of this does not reflect on him only corporate. Do not tell me I have trailer available and then make me drive over an hour to pick one up. This cost me almost 3 hours of time between having to drive both ways and time to rent. I have rented many trailers over the years and I will NOT ever rent again. To take up 3 hours of my time and not be compensated is a terrible business model. I reserved this over a month ago. I find it hard to believe there was nothing closer! I am done with U-Haul and will spread the word to everyone I know. Many other people have had the same experience and what is worse is that nobody in your organization cares.Scott N.

I originally wanted to pick up in canadaigua but got shuttled to victor then to Stanley. I received an emailed confirmation for canandaigua and a text for victor then the day before pick up I got a text for Stanley. Lots of confusion for a standard trailer rentalJeffery T.
The WI ap does not work well at this location .The staff at the location happened to be there and was more than helpful trying to get us set up since the app was going us all kinds of trouble.Christine D.
