One suggestion, if a customer must travel a distance to find truck do to a lack of availability, maybe share a bit of that milage burden with them. I wanted, a truck in Newark, NY but had to go to Stanly, NY (32 mi round trip) to find truck for a day. Additional milage and gas expense amounted to about 25% of total rental cost. Just a suggestion, all in all a positive experience.
