Maintenance the trucks the brake peddle should not go all the way to the floor the where you put the gas in should actually allow you to put fuel I stood at the pump for 30 minutes to get a quarter tank and then there was some nasty liquid on the back of the box and when I called to complain I got told take it as is or don’t take it at all and then they lie about mileage so I got charged almost $700 extra for overage and fuel because your truck is broken and because you lied about mileage that’s crazy and insane and when you call corporate they act like the gal dealers are perfect and have no flaws and take their side incredibly unprofessional would not recommend ever

THERESA Ja lot of communication issues. Uhaul corporate told us there was no van available and then the store had one.
Stephani RI think the big thing had nothing to do with the site. The problem was with the process. I set up an appointment to pick up the uhaul 5 min from my house for the day of the pick up. The problem was the day before at 530 pm i was left a message saying the my pickup location was moved 45 minutes outside of my city. Making my pickup extremely inconvenient. I had to leave my work for 3 hours when this could have ben done in 30 min. You need to be more upfront with your customers. When I was speaking to the lady trying to change my pickup to the original location they gave me free extra miles, that i didn’t need. Overall the truck was great the drop off was great just the last min change of pickup really sucked.
