JAMES RThis is the 3rd time in a month and half we have used the uhaul app that was supposed to make renting easy. It has been a nightmare each time. The app never works. We end up calling support multiple times just to be able to get the truck. What is supposed to be a quick maybe 15 minute max pick up, has turned into over an hour each time just to try and get the truck. The app really needs to be reevaluated. I can say we will never use this again.
JOHN BDelayed checking out the equipment due to poor cellular service. Paper contracts should be maintained as a backup especially since recently cellular service has been down, miore than in recent memory.
