Having someone on sight to handle U-Haul transactions would be helpful instead of having to use a phone
THOMAS DThe customer should be made aware of the U-Haul app and pick-up/drop-off procedures when completing transaction. All staff on location should be made aware about the U-Haul protocols, and be able to handle a drop-off return. Customers’ U-Haul profiles should be updated accordingly in a timely manner. The next day after returning the truck, my reservation was still active & had to call U-Haul directly to secure closing the booking.
