Having a assistant present at the location would be better
Michael MThe customer service in this location was horrible. The man behind the counter was on his phone and barely acknowledge me. The other man was on his phone as well and pretty much handed me the keys without walking out with me to the van. When returning the Van, same reception and shame on me for handing the keys and not asking to go outside and review all was in order. I took him at his work when he said "we will send you an email for closeout" and left. The email never came. When I went the following day to ask, same guy from the previous day on his phone barely looked up and said "it's a holiday, you will get it tomorrow". Grateful that I had taken pictures before handing the keys back, I had to contact UHaul for help with this. I would never again go to this location for a future rental and I would not recommend this location to anyone. Personally wouldn't go there for a pack of gum. Thank you to the UHaul customer service reps for helping me with this. Appreciate all your help.
