Very well mannered young man his name was Nate. I only had one issue and I believe he did help me with it or helped resolve it between Captain Kirk and another dealer went out of there way to make adjustments where needed.

DENNIS SThe app is very unfriendly. We booked the truck. We booked it on a Monday and tried to pick it up the next Friday. The 1st lady could not help, she sent us to a second lady who sent us to a third lady that finally new what she was doing and gave us a code to get into the box and get a key. We were having to use two phones to complete this process. What if I had been aline or did not have a second phone. You need to make this USER FRIENDLY. I will never use this again.
