The location where I rented the trailer from told me that I would get a percentage back if I turned it the trailer early. When I tried turning it in early at the new location, they said that it’s a set rate. I ended up getting $0.00 back even though I turned it in two days early. I feel like the first guy just completely lied to me just to make the sale.

OLIVER MThis has to do with Ace Hardware in Sterling. I was given a reservation with t hem. I arrived the next morning on a tight timeliness only to be told Ace only rents U-Haul truck for use in the city of Sterling. I had to scramble to get to Shine On to get another truck to go to Fort Morgan. I should have been told ahead of time that Ace does not let it's U-Haul trucks go out of Sterling.
