Uhaul used to schedule the drop off - this was better than having to track down where to drop off and hope it's all good. Especially when you have dolly or other equipment. This is hard to put in the cab and you can't lock the back.

your scheduling and customer service leaves something to be desired. If I place and order a truck then it should be reserved. There shouldn't be a phone call telling me I may or maynot get the truck ordered. Scheduling should be more on top of the orders and inventory. When we picked up the truck we also did not get everything that we ordered. There were no dollies available and I had ordered two.

Double check trailer tire pressure. Two out of four tires were extremely low. Trailer also leaked, some personal belongings were damp and wet.

I booked this trailer on line and was confirmed at the wrong location. Luckily I checked the day before and the U Haul location I spoke to directed me to the correct location for pickup. Ron, the owner at this location went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. U Haul needs to fix their reservation system. This is not the first time this has happen to me.

Location was closed. Would suggest they put a note on the door that they have a key drop which is located on a neighboring property which is a 3M window tint shop. We would have never found it if it wasn't for the owner of the business showing us it was there. Thanks

I was told that the truck had 3/8 of a tank when I got in it it was on empty, I immediatley had to go to a gas station or I wouldn't have made it 2 miles away.
