I ordered an appliance dolly, furnaiture dolly and blankets, none of which i received, but was still charged for them even though i told them in the app that i didn't get them. In order to turn the vehicle back in i had to pay the full amount even though I never received the items.

The pickup was fine but the U-Haul itself should have a step up to get into, not everyone that moves is able to get up into the cab easily. Also a rep was supposed to call us and did not. We ended up calling and finding out we were not getting the equipment we ordered. Had to scramble to make last minute things happen to move.
