I wanted to rent a 10-ft truck but there wasn't one available. So then the man at the store told me that he would charge me the 10-ft price for a 15 ft truck. I also asked to reserve it for 24 hours. When I picked up the U-Haul it was early, before the store opened. I was charged for a 15 ft truck and he only had a 12-hour rental period on there. I had to call customer service to change the rental period and extend it, but they never adjusted the price down to match the 10-ft price because they said they didn't have any notes in the system. Also it was very frustrating because I was moving from one town to another and the only trucks available at that location had to be returned to the same store so instead of doing a one-way move I had to take the truck all the way back. This ended up costing about $300 when it would have been significantly less expensive to do a one-way move. I am very disappointed and I don't understand why a specific truck has to be returned to the same location, especially when the license plate was from Arizona. The man at the store said those were the only trucks he had available, he didn't have any that could be dropped off in the next town over. The only reason I said I would recommend this location to a friend is because it is literally the only U-Haul dealer in the town that I moved from. If there was an alternative I would not recommend it.

Chandra OHad trouble with the auto transport pick up. Location was changed 3 times.
ROGER KI had originally planned to pick up the traiiler in Sterling Colorado on Sunday. The Shine On site said they were open on Sundays and the website allowed me to book the rental. I was then called by someone at U-Hual and they said that Shine On would be closed on Sunday due to the holiday weekend and that I would get one day free. We returned the the trailer on time to U-Haul Moving & Storage of North Lincoln in Lincoln but was then charged for the extra day even thought the U-Haul person said that we would not be.
Kenneth MI ordered an appliance dolly, furnaiture dolly and blankets, none of which i received, but was still charged for them even though i told them in the app that i didn't get them. In order to turn the vehicle back in i had to pay the full amount even though I never received the items.
