I had originally planned to pick up the traiiler in Sterling Colorado on Sunday. The Shine On site said they were open on Sundays and the website allowed me to book the rental. I was then called by someone at U-Hual and they said that Shine On would be closed on Sunday due to the holiday weekend and that I would get one day free. We returned the the trailer on time to U-Haul Moving & Storage of North Lincoln in Lincoln but was then charged for the extra day even thought the U-Haul person said that we would not be.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI ordered an appliance dolly, furnaiture dolly and blankets, none of which i received, but was still charged for them even though i told them in the app that i didn't get them. In order to turn the vehicle back in i had to pay the full amount even though I never received the items.
Robert HThe pickup was fine but the U-Haul itself should have a step up to get into, not everyone that moves is able to get up into the cab easily. Also a rep was supposed to call us and did not. We ended up calling and finding out we were not getting the equipment we ordered. Had to scramble to make last minute things happen to move.
