JEROME HI've used Uhaul on several ossacions and never had any mechanical or booking issues. If you can muster help loading and unloading this is a cost efficient way to move for sure.

BRAD OTerrible experience. Uhaul should probably make sure the unit the customer is renting is actually in the town they are supposed to pick it up in instead of making them drive 3 hours to pick it up the day before their move. Totally screwed us up as far as the movers we hired so we ended up having to do it all ourselves. Put us way behind schedule. I literally had to unload the truck at our destination(12 hours away), return it, then make the drive back so I could make it to work. If I could give negative stars I would. Especially after I didn't get reimbursed for the extra money on fuel I spent to go pick it up which was about $150. Never using Uhaul again.
