Although the experience through the u-haul app worked good, nobody local, either in person or through the two phone numbers provided, during published office hours, was available to assist. The assistance would have been good as the rental was set-up for a different unit then was actually provided, i.e. wrong key was put in the lock box. By having to pick-up a different unit then was provided for in the booking, the app came back with errors, as the information didn't match.

Great, no worries or suggestions
Reid RWe got bumped with reservations twice. Standing there with moving crew and no truck. Finally we had to drive to another town to get a truck. Very expensive I thought. Driving over 60 kms it shook and the front end didn’t feel right. Slow trip. Did finally get moved. U-Haul needs organizing especially bookings and reservations. Less online crap and more personal.
Brenda OMake it easier to pick up trailers at location by having better payment options- Credit and debit. Person running the rental was very busy with other chores. The rental process was more painful than it should have been by having to run to town for cash for a deposit and waiting for farm operations to cease to get on the way.
