I was not able to pick up at my preferred location The location where we did pickup wasNot manned, auto system difficult, the dolly and blankets were not in the truck. We were asked to bring a trailer up for uhaul and that location was fine. I think i was charged for the dolly and blankets- i had damage because we had to use my personal blankets and they are not as sturdy.

barbara cMy reservation started off pretty bad dealing with the online system changing my pickup location. The customer service representatives over the phone weren’t friendly, making me feel like I was annoying them because the system changed my pickup up location. It was too late to go with another company or I would have. The actual pickup location was AMAZING! They made the process 100% better. Too bad I didn’t deal with them directly the entire time.

Evan EWe picked up the U-Haul through the app. The most difficult part was scanning the license. It took at least 15 times before each side would scan. Besides that, it was an easy process.
