We picked up the U-Haul through the app. The most difficult part was scanning the license. It took at least 15 times before each side would scan. Besides that, it was an easy process.

Jordan HWe reserved furniture pads and were told they would be in the truck. They were not. I was charges $10 for these pads and would appreciate a refund. When I dropped the truck off in Lincoln, NE I was told they would not be able to help me. ??
