We were never told they were closed on Monday and we had to ask for a later drop off instead of morning, to late afternoon and was still not told they were closed on Monday's

AMY FThis is nothing against the rental location, as they were great. I gave the UHaul app on the Google Play store a 1 out of 5, and I would give it a 0 out of 5 if I could. It was possibly the worst app experience I've ever used. The layout and UI was fine, the app stability was atrocious. I was attempting to process my return of my truck, during which either the app crashed (a total of 4 times while attempting return) which clears out all the data I've already input, or when I would press "Continue" to move on to the next list of questions, it was go from page 2 of the return form, to a blank page 1, forcing me to fill it out again. This app was incredibly frustrating and will make me look elsewhere for rental trucks in the future.
