Agent was surly and argumentative with my wife regarding her medical equipment she had to have with her in the cab of the truck. Made snarky comment to me about “how old women get”. The ramp pins were stuck on the car dolly and ratchet straps needed WD-40. Took him 20 minutes to check equipment out to me. Knowingly checked out faulty equipment
