There was no one at the location so the checkin was by internet. We found it confusing and difficult to use. A lot of steps and quite complex. It required phone advice from U Haul. Throughout the booking and activating process U Haul representatives were couteous and helpful.Ronald D.
The truck was not clean at pick up and I marked so on the app at sign up. I marked the same at drop off for the same not clean condition of the truck as at pickup - and I was charged a cleaning fee. Very unfair.Adil Kamal M.
The people there were rude and unhelpful. They made the experience an infuriating one where it's usually pleasant and you get what you expect. I would not recommend this location at all.Jason D.
Lazy. He had the nerve to sit there and send me a link and said watch a video, go outside scan a code and then it will tell you where to find find the key. Seriously? I tried 4 times while he sat there amused by my frustration. He then took my phone and it did not scan for him either. So he said just sign on this pad. Really? Put me through a video and problems when 10 seconds all I had to do was sign digitally? I think he is amused by his narcissistic powersJoanne K.
I was amazed at how well the pickup & return app worked. The entire process was easy to execute and thoughtfully laid out. Used the truck for several trips and it still cost considerably less than what I expected to pay.Donald W.

Picture of where the truck was parked was inaccurate and we spent time trying to figure out which truck was ours. Had to go inside to ask and the guy was so absolutely rude. We finally found our truck and couldn't open the lock, guy had to come out and was so disinterested and abrupt. Will not rent at that location again due to the service alone.Clair S.

The whole process of picking up the truck is poor and time consuming . Reserving on line is meaningless. I was not plan to bring passport or have someone available for Uhaul to confirm prior approving for rental ! My wife was working and can't pickup call. Friend is driving to meet me at location to pick up furniture which is the reason why I am renting . I was expect to be in and out in 5 min . The app for phone pickup is terrible and it does not work. It didn't pick up my location. The return of the truck after hours is terrible because the app didn't pick up the location . I called 1800 for support and couldn't get anyone on the phone for 30 min later just to return the truck! It is terrible ! Never seen this anywhere . Check Penske! Check other rental company. I used the mobile service and I did not realize that I would have to go through a validation process that took some time. It was actually faster when I used the counter process at the Ultramar Gas bar on Prince of Wales Drive in Ottawa Canada. I provided a lot of information ahead of the rental date and so I do not know why you could not send me the code for the key box on the morning of the pickup in a secure way, Instead, I went through a complicated process (upload drivers licence again, took a selfie photo etc.). Good client service means you ask for the data once (you had my drivers licence info already). Maybe provide a unique user code that I contact you with when I show up at the location. If you cannot make it easier due to security concerns, the counter option and meeting an individual service provider may be the best option. Another customer showed up and he was asking me questions and I did the best to help out.Howard G.
