The whole process was seamless. I think the only thing that people should be aware of (and it becomes very clear when you start booking) is that the advertised price of $19.99/day is literally just for the truck. If you just want to sit in it for the day. Otherwise a hefty $1.09 is charged per kilometre. Also, if you wanted to return to a different location (to save on mileage charges), the price rose exponentially. Just returned to the same location. But it was still a good deal for us because we had only one short run to do.

peter bService was good but this is about the Uhaul’s central system. Why they didn’t reserve dollys at the pick up for me even when I made reservation in advance? That is so inconvenient. I had to call rent from Home depot at a much higher cost but had no choice at that time, because every Uhaul location said they don’t have any dollys. I am mot happy about that at all.
