MARIAN SSo honest mistake, but the person had assign the wrong piece of equipment for the rental request and then had to make a change while I was there. Clearly, he was frustrated by this era. But also, he was supposed to send a new link for the check-in and the checkout on the phone. Because I was bringing it back over the weekend. He did not do that. So I was unable to check it in on the phone. He told me if I didn't check it in on the phone I would be responsible if the unit got stolen which was a trailer which is completely ridiculous. If I drop it off on their lot and it gets stolen. He said, I'm responsible for it. That's a completely insane proposition, so he should not be telling people that He never sent the new link and I had to be sure to call Monday morning early to make sure they checked out the trailer for me in person which they did but I should not have had to deal with that issue at all. It was a mistake to assign the wrong piece of equipment. It was a bigger mistake not to reissue.The check in link
