The customer service was phenomenal however the truck was very unclean. Trash was left in the truck from the previous driver and dirt covered the floors. I used a whole pack of lysol wipes to clean the steering wheel, door handles, Geer, etc. The results on the wipes from wiping down the inside of the truck was unbelievably FLITHY!! There was a light that stay on the dashboard of the truck which I assumed it needed to be serviced. Please try and do a better job with the cleanliness of the vehicles due to coronavirus and other viruses that are still active
DARLENE MThe staff was friendly at this location. I was inconvenienced when I reported the truck to the online roadside. The truck was not operating properly and I was given the run around and did not get to complete my move. I had scheduled movers that I still had to pay over $3200 for. I had one more day for my move and did not get to use it. And it seems no one could help me.
Delast MThe Drop off after hours was very tedious and extensive.
