The absolute worse rental experience ever! No physical location, the number listed the person that answered was clueless. There were no directions to where to retrieve the keys for the truck. The person that answered the phone had no clue where the keys were. I had to ask the business next door if they happened to know where they kept the keys. A process that should have take 10 mins max, took more like an hour!

Michael GThis location is unmanned and I needed to use the U-haul app in order to claim my rental but the app, like technology sometimes does wasn't working. I'm technologically proficient and fairly patient so I was able to navigate it. However an older person or someone without my same understanding would have had an extremely difficult time renting this truck. I hate that for the customer.
