The gentleman was very rude and agitated only because I was asking questions of why my bill was the price that it was. He made it feel he made me feel like I wasn’t important enough to explain the details to he got angry and he also slammed the Uhaul door while My Child was still in it and startled him and I don’t take that too kindly, I do not recommend this place and I will never come back unnecessary, roughness and disrespect

Alfred MThe staff inside of the store were very friendly and helpful. The ease of service was excellent. I do have a couple recommendations, but I do not have any complaints. One recommendation is I do believe the truck I was driving. The alignment could be checked. Is it pulled to the left? Also, the way that the keys are returned through the slot in the door is good however, I do fear that someone could be ingenious enough to take a very long hanger and pull a set of keys back through there I did throw mine as far as I could was putting my hand through so that would not occur so something that could make a more secure slot I do think could be also of help and benefit to the company however is I stated I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely use them again.
