I was given this address, but had trouble determining it had U-Haul trucks since there are no sign there indicating this "store" also handles U-Haul reservations. The 10' truck's front windows were dirty with bogs all over it. I had to wash the front of the truck so I could see well.

Wash the Windows and don't charge $6.75 for gas when you only drove 18 miles. They were friendly though.

The back of the u haul had roaches. Most disgusting experience ever. Never will I use uhaul again. I will go to budget instead

The drop off location was in a bad area where there was nothing but liquor stores and bums surrounding. No sign to show any significance of U-HAUL. Finally saw one drive in and followed for assistance. Explained to them the smell. they advised customer service had to be called. The guy was very nice. The area is just terrible and unsafe.

There was no key dropbox for the key. Nor any UHaul signage. After I did the online checkout, I walked all over a dark parking lot looking for a Dropbox. I finally went inside the market. The guy told me I couldn't don't drop off at that location and told me to come back in the morning I explained everything, and he reluctantly agreed to accept the trick after requiring to see my paper contract, which I luckily had. Then he said we could go check the truck in. I explained that I had just done all of that online outside. He has didn't care. I put the key on the counter and left. It was 10 pm. I picked the truck up at 9:30 AM. I had moved. I had followed instructions. I was exhausted. Fail!

Took 30 mins to get checked out. They read the gas gauge wrong. I saw him mark 5/8 but on my receipt it shows 1/2 a gas tank. I was so irritated that it took 30 mins to check out that i didnt correct him and just left.

The location of this market is a little sketchy, but the owner was very friendly and helpful. The location was nowhere near my requested pick-up location, in fact I had to drive past approximately 18 closer U-Haul locations before reaching this one, despite reserving a truck 3 weeks in advance.

Staff was really nice. However they don't have a full line of UHaul products. I needed a connector for lights and I had to go to a different Uhaul location to get it.

I had to drive 2 hours out of my way to get the size of truck I needed. I asked for a truck in Modesto and the day before I was told the closest was in Stockton, I had to pay an extra $150.00 to helpers for the time difference it took to get the truck. This also set my entire day back by that 2 hours in my planning. If a truck is requested 4 weeks early for an area, have some available. I heard this would be a problem that is why I reserved it so early. Additionally the agent who rented it took 45 minutes to complete the forms because he was "new". I can appreciate learning something new but it cost me extra money and time. Moving is already stressful and that just added to my stress and fatigue.

This was a horrible experience 1. no ramp for truck 2. no large dolly, only a small one 3. The mileage was pre set with 50, so we started out already owing for miles never driven. This here is the gimic. Our contract has a different reading. We didn't think anything of it but found out differently when we returned the truck. We were charger for going 63 miles. Double of what was actually driven. 4. The person who rented us the truck has no experience in what he was doing. We were his first customers. EPPIC FAILURE.. 5. As stated above I had to have him itemize everything on the receipt. Our contract total started out around $58.00 but wben we returned is was $159.00 . This is why I asked him to itemize. 6. It took 30 to 40 minutes to write up the contrack and even longer to check back in. Just a horrible experience all around. I will never rent again from this location, nor will I recommend anyone to use them. I'm filing a report with Better Businuss Bureau also!
