The lady at the counter can have a better attitude when it comes to customer service. Also, the inside of the truck smelled like cigarettes. I brought it to the attention of the lady who serviced me and she was like, “oh well” as if they can’t even do anything about. However, at least spray some deodorize or something.

New equipment which differs from your own, needs a card or cards showing how to operate the windshield wipers, lights, etc. Even starting the newest vehicles is often more complicated than just turning a key.

Your self- service process is a mess, delayed response from online associate helping. Luckily the service assistants on site answered our questions and moved things along. You have much improvement needed in your self checkout smooth & speed for your clients

My vehicle I left was broken into also the guy who checked out the returned van was inappropriately dressed. They call it shagging where under ware is exposed I asked him to pull up his pants that I did not care to see his nasty under ware. He laughed at me.

Have more staff available. There was a line of people 20 deep and only 2 people to assist customers. The person that help me was working hard to find out why my reservation wasn't showing up and to her credit she stayed focused on me and did her best to handle to address questions from rude and impatient customers. Then she had to get up and find the truck drive it to the receiving area for me. This is while there are 20 customers in line. She then reviewed damages etc. with me. I understand sometime the unexpected comes up but I've rented a few times from this location and ALWAYS there is not enough staff to deliver a quality experience. The fault doesn't fall on the employees the did a great job considering the lack of staff. Please consider having enough people to provide a quality experience during peak times. I was there on a Sunday morning. I would think management could assume that the need on a Sunday would be great. I will recommend this location to other because the inventory and availability is good but I will share with them how under staffed this location is.

Well they didn’t inform me that that truck had to return to that location so I had to put an extra 30 miles on my bill which is pretty sucky because I just have extra cash to throw away and I would be a lot happier if I was reamburst that money
