Shelly M | Overall ExperienceDeonray, Alex & the manager on duty I forgot to get her name were wonderful! Informative, very helpful & made our moving situation a lot less stressful. Thank you to this crew for helping my mother & I out! Be blessed
lawanda w | First ImpressionsWAY too expensive. Found a place 3 times bigger with easier access for 10 bucks cheaper
Robert L | Overall ExperienceNew Manager and staff is fantastic!! Love the facility.
Monique B | Overall ExperienceSome issues with access to climate controlled areas, but other than that, very pleased.
roger t | Overall ExperienceThe customer service needs great improving, the language and the conversation is very inappropriate. I suggest you send in a secret shopper, as it flows so naturally that you can tell they have been doing it for a while. It is an African gentleman. I would suggest a class on how to talk to guest and the value of the guest experience.
PENNY M | Overall ExperienceI am very happy with everything .
mike c | Overall ExperienceI appreciate the opportunity to be allowed to store my things there it was peaceful safety and all respectful thank you very much God bless you all
