The trailers are on grass on a curb. The trailers need maintenance. They dont lock easily chains are attached together with a caribbeaner which is unsafe. It is not easy to attach the trailer because of a wooden fence at the back. Its extremely icy as they dont salt that area. The staff are nice the couple times I have rented there though
James HStaff were helpful at both pickup and drop off. They helped me with all my questions and the trailer was exactly as advertised.
