It’s pretty unreal that I put gas in this tank before dropping it and it was practically touching the 1/4 tank mark and I was charged 21 dollars for what was probably a gallon of gas. Additionally, I wouldn’t have needed to drive as far if U-Haul didn’t change my pickup location.

Kwasi AThe app and website malfunctioned over and over. It took 30 min each to check in and out. I kept having to do things over and over. The person at the station couldn’t help because he experienced the same problems and was busy doing inspection stickers. Terrible experience. Location and cleanliness was on point, but for less headache , anyone should just drive a few blocks down to the actual uhaul to get checked in/out by a person .
