The entire back of the truck was right full of trash. A while ass plant was destroyed and left for me to clean. I didn't get the dolly cart I ordered, but yet there was a fridge cart and a shit tonne of blankets I didn't order. The cab had sticky icky stuff all over and like bro I ain't detailing that shit. I get it it's winter but holy Hannah. I swear if you try to charge me a clean fee I'll sue ya regardless of the 18 waivers I signed .....

Jeffrey PEnsure that trucks are clean and well maintained. The truck we rented had a considerable number of items left over from previous renter. It also was low on wiper fluid and one headlight was out (good job we had no night time driving required). With only one staff member at this gas station location, we felt the only way to expedite getting on our way was to refill the wiper fluid ourselves (though it was provided by staff member) and to volunteer to empty the truck at the gas station garbage site. Pickup took the best part of an hour! Also the parking lot needed to be salted … I literally “skated” across the ~100’ from the office. It was treacherous. Freezing rain had also frozen the back door shut and mirrors and windshield had to be chipped clean of ice. Not a great start to a full day of moving. I gave a three star rating only because the staff member on duty, Jill, was as helpful as she could be given that she was the only one on duty and she was very apologetic about the problems. I would also say that I was surprised not to be offered some discount and only heard that the previous renter had been charged for how he had left the vehicle. Seems like we should have had a discount for doing things you guys should have done before we got there.
