First of all had reservations for 26 foot in Exeter,ont! It was rented to somebody else the day before pick up! They said I had to go to Stratford ont! I put on 33 miles before I ceven loaded it! They also said I could return it to Exeter! They changed there minds amd I had to return to Stratford and put another 27 miles on it! Also had cost me extra money on gas! Very frustrating and terrible experience with uhaul! Would not recommend to any one!

EDWARD LThe person on counter gave my daughter a hard time because she was there at 10 am and he said the pickup time was noon,I called a few days earlier and arranged a pickup time between 10 and noon.the thing is the van was just sitting in the lot, what was the problem ?
