I disagree on the extra day fee cuz I was a bit late. Especially cuz I wasn't able to get away from esso on time. I walked in gave my name then we were interrupted by a call from someone wanting to make resurrection, they should've been put on hold I waited through the whole convo plus I called to say I'd be a bit late. I should not have had to pay extra
