The staff person was new, but extremely friendly and helpful. The truck itself was clean, but honestly in terrible shape - there were lots of different noises coming from under the hood and you could literally watch the gas gauge move as you drove. At the end of the day I don't think that I would ever rent again. It was way too expensive and I probably could have just hired someone professionally to move the items for what this ended up costing me. It's too bad that the van that I originally had tried to book with an actually daily rate and some included km's had not been available. Live and learn.

Wayne CI had very bad experience this time. I went there in the morning and they said they don't have the truck I booked and I got a bigger one like took an hour. I just waited at the location and when I got the bigger one so I got 1 hour late. I told the employee that instead of two let's do it three. I will return by 3:00 and I returned it at 3:45 I guess and when I came back I clicked the miles and everything. I also refueled the gas with $20 and according to the miles and kilometers I feel like I charged a lot then it used to be. My bill is $137 and I just drove like 25 km almost. I used it for for 2 hours I guess because it was supposed to be pick up at 11:00 but it took like 1 almost 1 hour just to figure it out what's happened because the truck was not there and he was talking to U-Haul
BALVIR SThe truck bed was very dirty everything that touched the floor was dirty and had to be cleaned. I'd ordered 5 furniture blankets but they weren't in the truck when I arrived at the location to move my stuff. I was charged for them even though I'd explained to the gas station attendant that I never received them.
