The van was filthy on the I see, hair all over the seats and sticky cup holders, wasn’t impressed. I booked online so I wouldn’t have to go in and it wouldn’t accept license photo so has to go in anyway and so added an extra half hour. Only positive was the staff at Esso, friendly and helpful.
