Hyejung CEvery thing was fine except the website was giving us problems. Like it was hard to load the page and the person that was handing the U-haul could not even open the page because it was not loading. So I had to use my phone to do everything.
Sahil RThe staff person was new, but extremely friendly and helpful. The truck itself was clean, but honestly in terrible shape - there were lots of different noises coming from under the hood and you could literally watch the gas gauge move as you drove. At the end of the day I don't think that I would ever rent again. It was way too expensive and I probably could have just hired someone professionally to move the items for what this ended up costing me. It's too bad that the van that I originally had tried to book with an actually daily rate and some included km's had not been available. Live and learn.
