I showed up to return the truck and the location wasn't open at 1pm on a Tuesday afternoon. There was a line of people waiting to rent or return UHaul and no one was working there,. Gate was closed. When employee finally came people were angry. Employee said "we are hiring but we only pay minimum wage so we can't find anyone." Very bad image for UHaul. Otherwise the truck was good.

They called me ahead of time to let me know that the original location I had chosen was closed for the day. I feel very informed and made aware. It was good for me.
