I arrived to the location and was told that U-Haul makes this mistake often and that I need to drive to another sister location for drop off even though this is also a U-Haul location. Overall the product was as expected. The service was abysmal.

Kelly SThe vehicle especially in the winter should be started to make sure it had heat to defrost windows. Shouldn't have huge hard snowbank in front thankfully that one wasn't working either. Third u haul we had to stop and put air in tire as it was almost flat and started with a 1/4 of a tank. Took well over an hour( more like 1 1/2 hrs) just to get a vehicle and had people who were helping to load wait before they could continue on with their day not to mention the person at the destination who was helping to unload. Moving is stressful and this did not help plus wanted a 10ft but had to take a 20 ft which was very inconvenient for parking at the destination. Terrible experience and drop off was also trying (couldn't find us in system even though we had told the pick up location where we were dropping it off at) although the guy at drop off location was extremely helpful trying every thing he could.
