None of the equipment was clean when we entered the vehicle. There was dirt everywhere and the cupholder of one door was LITERALLY FILLED WITH WATER

Brooklyn MTruck was available on time, it was clean and fully fueled.
Richard PU haul needs to fix their website. I rented a 20ft truck with no notifications that it was unavailable. It wasnt until a few hours later where I received a phone and was then informed it was not available. I also returned the truck with more fuel than what was supplied, with no reimbursement for the extra fuel. Overall I would say u haul is over priced, and if available others should look elsewhere.
