I reserved a small truck for moving one mattress . And went to pick up the truck and I was told that the truck that I was supposed to get was reserved for someone else. I tried to tell the guy that I was the one who was supposed to get the smaller one. And after only having the truck for about an hour and only had 5 miles on the odometer. I had a very hard time trying to get in and out was very hard on my back and legs trying to get up into the bigger truck. So if I EVER need to rent another UHall I would not recommend the place I went to.
