I had to drive out a uhaul from an area that was tight and not meant as proper parking. The rental place didn't even look over the truck once I was able to get it out from where it was. No check list, didn't walk it with me, nothing. I had to take my own pictures as proof. Also no dollies at all!!! When we told them we requested 2 when we reserved truck 3 days earlier was, well if you look at the tiny print it says "if available ". Ummmm I made my reservation 3 days ago. You knew 3 days a head of time. So if its the case of availability then you need to state boldly first come first serve. Both my husband and I can not move stuff easily or by ourselves. We were depending on at least 1 dolly. So if you can not guarantee, then you shouldn't be able to reserve. Then the truck itself ran very rough to the point it cut off in an intersection. It shook badly, and when it perked bad when transitioning between gears. Scary ride!!!! Probably why the truck was in the trees behind building.
