Confusing setup. Drop off was easy and quickly addressed. But the actual office loocation.... Spread across multiple buildings on property.

Beth was so nice, she explained everything to us. We rented the $19.99 small box truck to move some boxes to our new apartment. Much better than begging or bothering friends with pick up trucks.I am looking for a large kitchen storage cabinet when I come one I want I will rent truck again to move it. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Florence TThis location has (2) lockboxes on opposite ends of the plaza and neither were close to the actual rental trucks. When you tried to speak with someone from the moving company inside they quickly dismissed me stating, "There over there". I was late to my appointment to meet my movers and it cost me $50 extra in time. I will NEVER rent from this location again.
