I called to ask why I had 3 charges on my bank account which was more money then my receipt. I called and got a very brisk answer from a female manager who was pleasant on Sunday in person and seemed aggravated on the phone because I asked questions . She said if I stopped talking she would answer my questions . I was informed by her that the “ holds” on my account would change in 3-5 days so I said ok and took the 1-800 uhaul number . Then she hung up on me! If you are the manager and in a bad mood , stay home! May not use uhaul again !

Edgar PThe truck was leaking and we left our stuff in it overnight and it was all wet. It leaked from the roof, maybe through the screws of the roof. I mentioned jt and didn’t get any discount or anything, was pretty surprised they didn’t care it was leaking. Hopefully they fix it for the next person who has to move during the rain in florida here.
