There were blankets and some kind of dry food scattered in the trailer but the owner was very apologetic and corrected the issue immediately. Very nice and respectful. U-Haul gave me the wrong trailer and that led to issues but it’s not blamed on the pick up location.

Overall, the experience was very good. The only negative was that the windows of the UHaul were very dirty. I drove straight to the gas station to clean the windows. Otherwise, everything was great.
Aaron JWas quoted$.33 per mile like ad said & was charged $.99 / mile!! Never again!! Was charged over $600 to move 20 miles!!!
Cathy Pdropped off when site was closed bu the process for Key drop was easy.
BOBBY RTo start with it took 20-25 minutes just to get the system to take my reservation... THEN ,,The strap racthet was corroded froze from salt when got to where loaded vehicle... Had to hammer and go buy FREE-ALL rust/corrosion cutter. AND ! why charge so much for one way ?? I actually did you a favor dropping off in my city after use----- My U-hual dealer RARELY has a toy trailor.... Dropping off here most likely rented in a few days instead of just settting in the lot in Stuart,Iowa,, where he had 2 ..When helping out " YOUR " inventory balance.. You should credit that renter ... I understand getting overlaoded with units in one area happens... AND! I only used 4 hours , to haul 140 miles. Charge buy miles to be fair with a minimum.---NOT the day... Put a milage meter on trailor----EASY!!!
