How U-Haul Reviews WorkChecked web site and largest truck shown was 20 foot. Called location and asked and they told me to call 1800GOUHAUL. Called and reserved 26 footer. When I got to location next morning they informed me that largest they had was 20 foot and they did not have 26 foot. More of issue with corproate 1800 number but I needed 26 foot. Since I could only get 20 foot at this location and larger truck over hour each way I had to go with 20 foot. Ending up having to get a 12 foot trailer as everything would not fit in 20 foot but I could have gotten in the 26 that I reserved.
danny wI have used UHaul several times in the past. This was the first time that we experienced a significant price increase to drop the trailer off at a different location ( over $200). So we drove an empty trailer back to the original pick up location. We thought the one concept behind U-Haul was the Ability to drop the equipment off after you were finished unloading.

Thomas WThe location was great in helping me. The problem is with the Uhaul company. And Uhaul is a necessary evil. There are no other rental companies near me. But everytime I book something with Uhaul its messed up. This one couldn't find a trailer for me for 3 hours actually said they didn't have one. Uhaul puts sites as having equipment at a site that it ends up they don't have. Renting from Uhaul is EXTREMELY STRESSFUL! It is never a cut and dry process.
