I have used UHaul several times in the past. This was the first time that we experienced a significant price increase to drop the trailer off at a different location ( over $200). So we drove an empty trailer back to the original pick up location. We thought the one concept behind U-Haul was the Ability to drop the equipment off after you were finished unloading.

Thomas WThe location was great in helping me. The problem is with the Uhaul company. And Uhaul is a necessary evil. There are no other rental companies near me. But everytime I book something with Uhaul its messed up. This one couldn't find a trailer for me for 3 hours actually said they didn't have one. Uhaul puts sites as having equipment at a site that it ends up they don't have. Renting from Uhaul is EXTREMELY STRESSFUL! It is never a cut and dry process.
