Have the reservation right the first time. They switched locations twice on me and still didn't get it right.
Thomas BSimple…Get a new franchisee for this point. Since the Patel family has “operated” this U-HAUL location, it has been problematic for several reasons, some of which I’ve stated in previous posts. Same issues persist. NO customer service or assistance from staff who seem more focused on engaging in personal cell phone discussions than managing rental business. You do it all…if there’s an issue, you have to resolve it yourself. They couldn’t care less. So, I will care less and give my business to another franchisee. I’m extremely tolerant, but apathy and ignorance combined with arrogance tries my patience. I’m finished with these people. I’ve rented here for our business at least 20 times in the last 5 years. No more…I’m done.
Mark RI would only recommend this location only for convenience so you don’t have to drive so far to the next nearest location. This guy didn’t even come out and inspect the trailer when I bought it back or help unhook it. He just said find a space and leave it.
