This was a terrible experience. Two days before our scheduled pick up we received a call that the pickup location changed from the Kingsway to Bancroft, which was much further from our house. I showed up and was trying to use the app to pick up the truck but the app was giving an error. I went into the store to ask about pick up and the person at the cash said they don't deal with it. I asked why there was a "UHAUL AUTHORIZED DEALER" sign in the window then, and she went and got someone. They were all very rude, the keys were inside the store so clearly I couldn't have used the app to pick it up. Also I said no to the extra coverage and they just added it to my credit card anyway - I had to call twice to get this removed. The truck was very gross (even french fries on the floor, grimy). It only had a 1/4 tank of gas and it ran ROUGH. It was honestly scary to drive. I called to make a complaint and they said I couldn't return the truck. We kept it for the weekend but it was a terrible time. Do not recommend - RUN.
